CM to inaugurate Bundelkhand Investors Meet tomorrow

Bhopal, Apr 10 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan would inaugurate the Bundelkhand Investors Meet at Sagar tomorrow.

Earlier, Mr Chouhan would participate in the programme related to beautification and environmental development of Sagar Lake under Lake Conservation Project.

As per schedule, Mr Chouhan would inaugurate this important investors meet at 1100 hours at Shrimant Vijayaraje Scindia Golden Jubilee Conference Hall on the premises of Dr Harisingh Gour University, an official release said here today.

Industries Minister Jayant Malaiya and Woman and Child Development Minister Kusum Mehdele would also be present.

The inauguration would be preceded by registration of participants from 1000 hours. In the afternoon, the Chief Minister would hold talks with those industrialists willing to invest in various sectors.

Three investors meets have already been organised in the state.

These meets were held at Khajuraho, Indore and Jabalpur.

So far, 181 MoUs have been inked for investment to the tune of Rs 2.16 lakh crore. Eighteen MoUs worth Rs 39,000 were signed at Khajuraho, 102 MoUs to the tune of Rs 1.20 lakh crore at Indore and 61 MoUs amounting to Rs 56,829 crore were inked at Jabalpur meet.

Before the investors meet, the CM would participate in the programme related to beautification and environmental development being undertaken at a cost of Rs 21.33 crore under Sagar Lake under Lake Conservation Project, the release added.
