New Delhi, Apr 10 (UNI) Atlas Copco India Ltd today said it has entered into share purchase agreements with Prisma Roctools Pvt Ltd (Prisma) and Focus Rocbit Pvt Ltd (Focus) for acquisition of 25 per cent shares of both the companies with an option to acquire the balance 75 per cent of the shares.
Both the companies are located at Hyderabad. Prisma is engaged in manufacture and sale of DTH Hammers and Bits and Focus is engaged in manufacture and sale of Rotary Bits and complementary products and services for the surface mining segment, said a statement.
Atlas Copco manufactures compressors, construction and mining tools and equipment, power tools, and assembly systems.
