Ahmedabad, Apr 7 (UNI) The Indian team today is undergoing a rigorous training session which is expected to extend till evening without their captain Anil Kumble, who is still nursing a groin injury and his spin partner Harbhajan Singh who is down with a stomach bug.
In the gruelling net session, ODI skipper and wicketkeeper Mahendra Singh Dhoni wielded the willow but stayed away from fielding practice.
Munaf Patel, who has replaced the out-of-form pacer R P Singh, has joined the team and was sweating it out at the nets.
But there was no sign of his pace colleague Ishant Sharma, who has still not joined the side.
