Washington, April 7 : Jessica Alba announced the impending arrival of her unborn baby girl during a baby shower, organized by her family and friends at Ever After Teahouse in Studio City, on April 06.

During the party, the actress, who is pregnant with fiance Cash Warren's child, revealed that the couple would be welcoming their baby girl in June this year.

The baby shower - which took place under white umbrellas with white and lavender decor and soft music - was attended by around 35 guests, reports E! Online.

Rashida Jones, Jaime King and Kim Kardashian were amongst the celebrities who attended the party.

The party menu included white wine, lemonade, iced tea and coffee and an assortment of ice cream drinks; skewers of tiger shrimp and soft-pulled chicken; and for dessert, white and dark chocolate-dipped strawberries, mini donut varietals, mini custard tarts and mini eclairs.

Alba received gifts including high-end strollers and cradles, and baskets full of Dr. Seuss books, rattles and clothes. There was a giant white stuffed bunny and lots of flower bouquets.
