Couple killed, relatiave injured in road accident in MP

Dhar, MP, Apr 7 (UNI) A married couple was killed and their relative seriously injured when their two motorcycles were knocked down by a tanker last night in Peetampur town on the Mhow-Neemuch road in this district, police said today.

Police said Suman Bai (25) was killed on the spot while her husband Hiralal (28) succumbed to his injuries at a private hospital. Hiralal's younger brother, who was also seriously injured, was admitted to the district hospital.

The driver was absconding while the tanker had been seized, police added.

Kohima, Apr 07 (UNI) At least three Assam Rifles(AR) were killed and 28 others injured, when the bus in which they were traveling, fell into a 300-feet deep gorge on National Highway 39, about 20 kms from here this morning.
