Chouhan describes arrest of SIMI activists as major achievement

Bhopal, Apr 6 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today described the arrest of office-bearers of banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) as the third major achievement of state police.

''Apart from nabbing of SIMI office-bearers, other major achievements for state police include eliminating of dacoits from Chambal and other dacoit-infested regions and breaking the back of naxalism in affected areas,'' and Mr Chouhan, while talking to reporters at the airport here.

Edinburgh (Scotland), Mar 19: The Guinness Book of World Records has officially recognized the Old Golf Course at Musselburgh Links as the oldest in the world.According to the Account Book of Sir John Foulis of Ravelston, the earliest game played on Musselburgh Links took place on March 2, 1672.
