Advani performs worship at Mahakaleshwar temple

Ujjain, MP, Apr 6 (UNI) Senior BJP leader L K Advani performed worship at the world famous Mahakaleshwar temple in this temple town this evening.

Mr Advani arrived here via a special aircraft at 1730 hours to take part in 'Nav Samvat' programme on the eve of 'Gudi Parva' as a part of Vikramotsav at the start of Vikram Samvat 2065.

After taking a brief rest at circuit house, Mr Advani reached Mahakaleshwar temple and performed worship. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and MP and former Union Minister Satyanarayan Jatia were present on the occasion.

Mr Advani also attended the Chakravarti Raja Vikramaditya Mahanatya programme here.

Moscow's warm spring hits new temperature record

Moscow, Apr 6 (UNI) Today's temperature in Moscow hit 19.2 degrees Celsius (66.56 Fahrenheit), a record high for April 6, as the capital's unusually warm spring continues, Russian Meteorological Service said. The previous record for April 6 was registered in 1975. According to the Service, temperatures could rise even higher by the end of the day today. Numerous temperature records have been broken in Moscow in recent years. March last year was the warmest.....
