Gold ornaments worth Rs 3,60,000 stolen

Nashik, Apr 5: Three unidentified people stole gold ornaments worth Rs 3,60,000 from a jewellery shop in Nashik Road suburb of the city.

As per the complaint lodged by Dhananjay Govind Dande, owner of Dande and Sons - a jewellery showroom situated on the Nashik-Pune Highway, three unidentified people posing as customers visited the showroom yesterday and stole gold rings worth Rs 3,60,000 from the shop.

The theft came to light today when one tray of gold rings was found missing from the shop. The tray contained 12 gold rings of 100 gm weight each.
