New Delhi, Mar 19: Consumer electronics company Weston today launched its new range of colour televisions 'Smile' priced at Rs 3,790 onwards.
Available in four models in 14 and 21 inch sizes, the range comprises latest state-of-the-art technology features like noise reducer and sleep timer and has 250 programmes. ''The range has been brand named 'Smile' due to affordable prices, which will bring smile on the consumer's face,'' company Vice President (Marketing) Sunil Sethi said in a statement.
''The company plans to increase its share in the domestic and global market has increased its production in its nine units including two in Uttranchal, two in Mohali and Punjab, two in Noida and one in Jammu,'' he added.
The company has drawn a Chinese model of marketing by mass producing low priced quality products. The product is available through 2400 strong channel network of Weston in all parts of the country, the statement added.
