Bangalore, Feb 29: A Call centre employee from Hindupur in Andhra Pradesh was killed after he was stabbed by an assailant in the city during the early hours today. Police said the 29-year-old Sashidhar returned from work late last night and went out with a friend. While they were walking a stranger picked up a quarrel and demanded money. The youth then went back to his paying guest accommodation near Bannerghatta road and complained of pain in abdomen. After being shifted to a corporate hospital, he breathed his last, police said. He had come to the city just two months ago. The attacker had been arrested, police added.
