Shiv Sena to launch agitation 'farmers hunter' on Feb 26

Mumbai, Feb 21 (UNI) Shiv Sena will launch a state-wide agitation ''Farmers Hunter'', demanding complete waiver of farmers debts with the slogan ''Sampurna karjamukti saatbara kora'' on February 26.

Talking to reporters, Shiv Sena leader Subhash Desai said Shiv Sena executive president Uddhav Thackeray had already organised meetings concerning this issue in various parts of the state.

He said the farmers and Shiv Sainiks will gather in every taluka of the state on February 26, carrying hunter in their hands, and will ''whip'' the Centre and state governments in effigy.
