Koshy appointed as new director general of BPR and D

New Delhi, Feb 21 : National Disaster Response Force and ivil Defence (NDRF and CD) Director General Koshy Koshy has been ppointed as the new DG of the Bureau of Police Research and evelopment (BPR and D). He will continue to hold the post of Director General, NDRF and CD as dditional charge.

Koshy Koshy is a 1973 batch Haryana cadre IPS officer.

The BPR and D was set up on August 28, 1970 in furtherance of the bjective of the Government of India for the modernization of olice Forces.
