Congress delegation submits report to Sonia on Nepal

New Delhi, Feb 21 (UNI) The five-member delegation from the Congress that visited Nepal last week, submitted its report to Party President Sonia Gandhi today.

The delegation wrapped up its three-day visit to Nepal on February 14, vowing to support the election to the Constituent Assembly (CA) at any cost.

The team, led by AICC General Secretary Digvijay Singh, held discussions with all stakeholders, including Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala, and had expressed confidence in the success of the CA polls slated for April 10.

Mr Digvijay Singh told mediapersons that a copy of the report would be submitted to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee.
