Aventis Pharma net profit dips at 22.1%

New Delhi, Feb 21 (UNI) Aventis Pharma Ltd today said it has registered 22.1 per cent decline in its net profit to Rs 27 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 34.7 crore in the corresponding period previous year.

Its total income also decreased 2.84 per cent to Rs 222.2 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 from Rs 228.7 crore for same quarter last year.

New Delhi, Dec 24: With the addition of 8.22 million telephone connections during November this year, the total number of subscribers base in the country has touched 264.77 million at the end of the month.
