Infosys signs MoU with Japanese firm

Bangalore, Feb 19 (UNI) Eyeing non-US markets following the recent turbulence in the world's largest economy, India's second largest software exporter Infosys Technologies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Japan's Nihon Unisys for a marketing alliance.

According to a release here today, the companies would leverage Infosys' global delivery model to market software solutions, product development and maintenance contracts.

At present, the Japan market was dominated by Japanese IT majors like NTT Data, Fujitsu Ltd and NEC Corp.
