Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, West Bengal, Sikkim, north Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, west Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep.
Mainly dry weather will prevail over the south Orissa, east Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

Cold wave conditions prevailed at isolated places in Jharkhand and south Gujarat. Night temperatures were appreciably below normal in Haryana, north coastal Tamil Nadu, some parts of Assam, Meghalaya, Orissa, Uttarakhand, south Madhya Pradesh, north Gujarat, south Konkan, Goa, in remaining parts of Jharkhand and south Gujarat. They were below normal in Punjab.
They were appreciably to markedly above normal in west Rajasthan, Kutch, Marathwada and some parts of east Rajasthan and were above normal in Jammu and Kashmir and in some parts of Saurashtra. They were normal over the rest of country.
