Khadi mela attracts huge crowd

Imphal, Feb 18 (UNI) The District Level Khadi and Village Industry Exhibition 2008 began at Thoubal yesterday.

The five-day exhibition was being organised by the Manipur Khadi and Village Industry Board began at Wangoi Ningthou Community hall, Bishnupur Bazar there.

Over 20 stalls were opened and the Board is organizing such kind of mela in different parts of the state to popularise Khadi products.
