Winter back with a vengeance

Kolkata, Feb 15 (UNI) Winter is still making its presence felt when spring ought to be in the air.

Met office sources said the maximum temperature recorded in the day was 27.1, two degrees below normal, and the minimum was 11.8, five degrees below normal.

The maximum humidity was 51 per cent.

The forecast for tomorrow is mainly clear sky with the minimum temperature hovering around 12 degree Celcius duuring the next 24 hours.

Kolkata, Feb 15 (UNI) Indian Institute of Professionals and Shristi College of Journalism and Mass Communication jointly opened a college of journalism in the southern part of the city today. Four labourers killed in accident

Ujjain, MP, Feb 15 (UNI) Four labourers were killed on the spot and nine injured when their heavy vehicle, carrying a boring machine, lost balance and overturned in this district's Mahidpur tahsil, police said today.
