RBI cancels certificate of registration of H N International

Mumbai, Feb 15 (UNI) The certificate of registration granted to H N Trade International has been cancelled, for carrying on the business of a non-banking financial institution, by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

The company having its registered office at Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh had its certificate of registration cancelled on January 28, this year, RBI stated in a release here today.

The RBI took its decision in exercise of the powers conferred under section 45-1A (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, the release added.
