Port employee drowned

Visakhapatnam, Feb 15 (UNI) An employee at Visakhapatnam Port Trust who was working on a vessel 'KANAKA', accidentally fell into the sea and drowned early today.

Accorlding to police the mishap occurred when the vessel was hit by a Tug. The body of the 52 year-old employee Krishna Rao, was yet to be recovered from the waters. But the drowned vessel was brought up with the help of cranes.

Police said register a case after the body of the employee, the driver of the vessel was recovered from the waters.

ISKCON to serve noon meals to 50,000 children

Micro Tech inks contract with I-systems to capture Lankan mkt

Simplex Infra bags Rs 406 cr contruction contract

New Delhi, Feb 15 (UNI) Infrastructure solution provider Simplex Infrastructures Ltd today said it has secured an order worth Rs 406 crore for Mumbai Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) project. ''Simplex Infrastructures Ltd has received the prestigious first phase of the Mumbai Metro Order with contract value of Rs 406 crores,'' a company's statement said.
