Micro technolgies win Sri Lankan order

Mumbai, Feb 15 (UNI) Micro Technologies India Ltd today announced a strategic agreement with Colombo based I-systems to market Micro Products and its licenses to Sri Lanka.

The concentration would be for the Micro Security Products and Sri Lanka is one of the upcoming markets of Security Products.

I-system has been into construction and real estate business since last 20 years.

I-Systems Managing Director Kavinda Jayasooriya said in a release that Sri Lanka had a very lucrative and rapidly expanding market, which offered excellent opportunities for Micro Technologies security products and their product licenses.

The increasing demand of security at homes and vehicles have given birth to new security demand altogether. Micro Products innovative technology is a perfect match to this requirement.

Increase of mobile usage amongst the youth has also given rise to an excellent market opportunity for the mobile security product of Micro LMTS. Security Products like Micro HSS and Micro VBB is long time dream being fulfilled.

Currently, Srilankan market do not have GSM based product and the market is aware of the fast pace of the new technologies involved in Security Management and the need for up-to-date asset security and safety systems, combined with an early-mover advantage will give Micro Technologies an edge above the others, the release added.
