INLD condemns hike in Petro prices, demands roll back

Chandigarh, Feb 15 (UNI) Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) has condemned the hike in Petro prices and demanded an immediate roll back.

The INLD Secretary General and Rajya Sabha MP, Mr Ajay Singh Chautala, in a statement here, described the step as anti-people, which would further increase the inflation and affect the commin man.

The INLD leader said that the Congress Government had hiked the petro prices for the sixth time since coming to power and the life of common-man has become ''really difficult''.

He said that hike in diesel prices would also adversely affect the farmers, already suffering due to black marketing of Gas Cylinders and Fertilizers.

Mr Ajay Chautala also informed that the UNPA has decided to postpone the proposed massive protest demonstration to February 27 at Parliament House New Delhi, which was earlier to be organised on February 26.

The protest march is being orgainsed to demand waiving off of all farmers loan in the country and remunerative prices for farmers produces.

'Live bomb found in Nagpur's Crescent hospital'

Nagpur, Dec 7: Nagpur police on Sunday, Dec 7 has said that they have found explosives in a hospital.
