Indian liftman killed in Sharjah

Dubai, Feb 15: A 30-year-old Indian watchman from Calicut was crushed to death in a lift in an old building in Sharjah as he was taking out garbage from the building.

Riaz, had come on a visit visa, and as such may not get any benefits. His brother who worked in the same building later called the police.

The body has been sent for a post-mortem.

Mangalore, Aug 11: Air India Express will introduce four flight service between Sharjah and Mangalore from October 25, Airport Authority of India (AAI) Director M R Vasudeva said today. He told press persons at the Bajpe airport that with this additional service, the number of international flights per week between Mangalore and the gulf country would increase to 14. There would a total 28 international flight movement per week at the Bajpe airport per week from October 25.....

Indian exile murder: Two held

Dubai, Nov 20: The 48-year-old Indian expatriate whose decomposed body was found lying in a villa in the Al Fayha area last Tuesday was killed by slitting throat with a sharp-edged weapon, the Sharjah police said.
