New Delhi, Feb 6, 2008 : India"s master blaster Sachin Tendulkar reached yet another milestone on February 5th when he became the first cricketer to score 16,000 runs in One day International cricket.
Sachin created this record during his 35-run knock against Sri Lanka in the rain-marred Commonwealth Bank Triangular Series at the Gabba. Sachin now has a career aggregate of 16,007 runs at an average of 44.21 in 409 matches with 41 centuries and 87 half-centuries to his credit.
