Complaint against Thackeray lodged in Indore

Indore, Feb 7: A complaint has been lodged at a local court seeking action against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray.

Indore-resident Titu Tiwari's counsel Shailendra Dwivedi submitted, before Judicial Magistrate R K Batham, that Mr Thakre was spreading discord and taking provocative steps.

The complaint urged the court to register a case against Mr Thakre under sections 504, 505 and 135 (A) of the IPC.

The court fixed February 15 as the date for recording of evidence.

Bhopal, Mar 30: Maharashtra Minister of State for Housing and Social Welfare Pritam Kumar Shegaonkar has charged the BSP with fostering casteist ideology. MNS to celebrate Shivaji Jayanti on Mar 24

Mumbai, Mar 23: Preparations for the Shivaji Jayanti celebrations organised by the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) are on the verge of completion at Shivaji Park, Dadar here.
