Patna, Feb 06 (UNI) The people in Patna today woke up to a foggy and cloudy morning even as the mercury rose to 14.3 degrees Celsius as against yesterday's 11.4 degrees.

Local Met officials recorded the maximum temparature at 23.6 degrees Celcius.

The relative humidity remained high at 83 per cent in the morning.

The weathermen further forecast a partly cloudy sky with possibility of heavy rains at isolated areass during the next 24 hours.

No significant changes in minimum temperature is expected.
