Sunil Hitech to raise up to Rs 100 cr

New Delhi, Jan 15: Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd, a midcap company in the power sector, today said it will raise up to Rs 100 crore through a placement to institutional investors.

The firm said in a statement that it is going to make Qualified Institutional Placement not exceeding Rs 100 crore to QIBs.

Sunil Hitech specialises in fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning of thermal power plants with high precision quality and timeliness.

Washington, Dec 16: US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice today questioned why oil-rich Saudi Arabia might want nuclear power and said she wanted to know more about plans by Gulf states to study nuclear energy.
