Harisa warms up Kashmiris during harsh winters


Kashmir, Dec 28, 2007 : As temperatures dip to below freezing levels in India's Northern Srinagar, residents warm themselves up with a delectable serving of the Harisa, a traditional spicy meat porridge, long considered the best way to beat the cold. Institute to study seismic activity in NE: Govt
