Australian Prez condemns Bhutto's murder

Melbourne/Pakistan, Dec 28, 2007 : Pakistani opposition leader, Benazir Bhutto"s assassination on Dec 27th has sent shock waves throughout the world. World leaders have vehemently condemned this heinous act.

On Friday morning, Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd said that the assassination was an evil act and warned that Pakistan's democratic process would now be challenged more than ever. Rudd also said that the attack was a reminder that terrorism still existed in the world.

Washington, Jan.31: Benazir Bhutto's last authored book, Reconciliation: Islam, Democracy, and the West, will be formally released at the National Press Club here on February 20. Bhutto co-authored the book with her long-time friend and associate Mark Siegel in the last few months of her life. According to the Daily Times, the book embodies her vision for the Islamic world.
