Parsvnath Developers obtain occupancy nod from Noida Authority

New Delhi, Dec 28 (UNI) Parsvnath Developers Ltd today said it has obtained the completion and occupancy certificate from Noida Authority for its group housing project at Noida.

The company has formally received the nod for the project "Parsvnath Prestige", sprawling over 70,000 sq metres with an offering of 864 units. The total build-up area of the project is 16-lac sq ft.

The Phase I of the complex is already housing large number of families, said a statement.

Guwahati, Dec 28 (UNI) The All Koch Rajbonshi Students' Union (AKRSU) today announced of temporarily withdrawing its 1,000-hour blockade from January one. Disclosing this at a press meet here, AKRSU president Biswajit Ray said the decision to withdraw the blockade was taken to facilitate the participation of the general people in the Panchayat polls, which begins in a three-phase from December 31. One died, more than a dozen injured and house gutted in Kashmir

Srinagar, Dec 28 (UNI) One person was killed and over a dozen others were injured, while a house was gutted in the Kashmir valley today, official sources said.
