Italian's fav cousine: Cheating on partners

Melbourne, Dec 28 (UNI) An increasing number of workers are more interested in sexual infedility than in grabbing a bite to eat during lunchtime, alarming statistics reveal.

A poll conducted among 1000 Italians aged between 20 and 60 years showed that the midday break accounted for one in three acts of adultery, The Daily Telegraph reported quoting magazine Riza Psicosomatia.

The rest said they went out for a pizza or a salad.

''People get by as best as they can. Regardless of the location, whether in the car or in the office, it has to be over and done with quickly while everyone else is out to lunch or even in the restaurant rest-room,'' it said.

One in two of those quizzed claimed to have steadfastly resisted the temptation of sexual infidelity this year.

Those who cheated on their partners said they tended to do so with work colleagues or with chance acquaintances.
