Andhra HC Judge Nazki Transferred To Bombay HC

New Delhi, Dec 24 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh High Court Judge Bilal Nazki has been transferred by President Pratibha Patil as a Judge of the Bombay High Court, it was announced today.

An announcement by the Law and Justice Ministry said Justice Nazki ''is to assume charge'' of his new office within 15 days-- by January 8.

The transfer has been ordered by President Patil after consultation with Chief Justice of India K G Balakrishnan, it said.
