'Psycho' attacks teenager for refusing his love

Karimnagar, Andhra Pradesh, Dec 22 (UNI) An auto driver today attacked a junior intermediate student for not reciprocating his love, near the college in Karimnagar town in this district.

Police said V Kondaiah came to the college this afternoon to meet the teenager. When she refused to talk to him, he stabbed her with a knife, injuring her.

Police said Kondaiah was behaving like a 'psycho' and harassing the girl for spurning his proposal.

The injured girl was immediately admitted to a nearby hospital.

Her condition was stated to be normal.

However, the accused managed to escape from the scene.

An attempt-to-murder case was registered against Kondaiah.

Special teams were formed to nab the accused.
