President to inaugurate Science Exhibition on Dec 21

Puducherry, Dec 14 (UNI) President Prathibha Patil will inaugurate the All India Science Exhibition here on December 21.

According to official sources, Puducherry Lt Governor Mukut Mithi and Chief Minister N Rangasamy, among others, would receive Mrs Patil at the Ouppalam helipad at 1255 hrs. She would drive straight to the Raj Nivas, where she would have lunch and rest.

She would inaugurate the science exhibition at 1650 hrs.

On the return to the Raj Nivas, the President would take part in a cultural show and stay there overnight.

Mrs Patil would visit the Sri Aurobindo Ashram and Auroville at 0900 hrs on December 22 and return to the Raj Nivas by 1220 hrs.

She would leave for Chennai enroute to New Delhi from the Ouppalam helipad at 1300 hrs.
