Kotak Realty Fund to invest Rs 250 cr in IVR Prime

Hyderabad, Dec 14 (UNI) IVR Prime Urban Developers Limited (IVR Prime) today announced Kotak India Realty Fund Limited would invest Rs 250 crore in its multi-use integrated development realty projects.

ew more realty funds are interested in joining hands with IVR Prime for development of some of its projects, a press release here said.

The company's 2,850 acre land bank spans Tier I cities of Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Visakhapatnam and Noida.

Three policemen suspended in alleged custodial death case

Chennai, Dec 14 (UNI) An Inspector and two constables were placed under suspension in connection with the alleged custodial death of a tea shop owner at Vadapalani police station in the city, police said today. SC denies schools' permission for two-year pre-nursery course

New Delhi, Dec 14 (UNI) The Supreme Court today declined permission to schools in Delhi to have a two-year pre-nursery course and refused to lower the admission age for nursery classes from four years to three years. A bench comprising Chief Justice KG Balakrishnan and Justices RV Ravindran and JM Panchal, however, permitted the school authorities to have informal interactions with parents or guardians of the wards.
