Father of accused boy in Gurgaon shootout surrenders

Gurgaon, Dec 14 (UNI) Azad Yadav, the father of the accused boy in the killing of eighth class student Abhishek Tyagi, today surrendered before the police here even as it was discovered that the revolver used in Tuesday's shootout did not actually belong to him as believed earlier.

DCP, Gurgaon (south), Satish Balan told mediapersons that Azad Yadav, who went into hiding after the juvenile crime took place, surrendered in the police station of Sector-40 of Gurgaon.

Fourteen-year-old Abhishek, son of property dealer Rajinder Tyagi, was killed by Aakash and Vikas, who fired five bullets at him from close range in the premises of Euro International School on Tuesday.
