Pearl Global inks agreement with DLF


New Delhi, Dec 4: Pearl Global Ltd today said it has signed a collaboration agreement with country's largest realty firm DLF Retail Developers Ltd for development of real estate property spread over 9.20 acre in Gurgaon.

The company had earlier inked an agreement with Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd for the development of this property which has been now cancelled and replaced with fresh collaboration agreement with DLF Retail Developers Ltd.

Further, a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on December 14 to consider and approve resolution for commencement of new business subject to approval of shareholders 'to set up, buy, sell or let on hire, industrial estates, lands and buildings, buy and sell lands for the industrial estates and carry on the business of builders and contractors'.

Palm tops for TTEs for feed on vacant berths

New Delhi, Feb 26:  Palm tops will be given to Railway Travelling Ticket Examiners(TTEs) so that they can feed to the Passenger Reservation System (PRS), the information about berths/seats falling vacant at the eleventh hour.Under the existing system, reservation charts are brought out a few hours before the departure of trains. Often due to unforeseen circumstances, several passengers with reservations do not travel, resulting in many berths remaining vacant.Since this information is not fed into the PRS.....
