Hyderabad, Nov 28: AppLabs, the world's largest Independent quality management and testing company, today announced that it ranked tenth on Deloitte's 2007 Technology Fast 50 India, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the country.
In a statement, AppLabs' Chief Operating Officer Makarand Teje said, ''We are delighted to be amongst the top 10 fastest growing companies in India. As a player in a very niche segment, being in this elite group is a significant achievement for us and this recognition means that we are on the right track for growing our business here.'' The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India 2007 program, conducted by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Asia Pacific, recognises and profiles 50 fast-growing technology companies in India based on their percentage revenue growth over the last three financial years.
It is part of a global programme run in parallel with the other regional programmes in EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa), North America and Asia Pacific. It includes all areas of technology from Internet to life sciences, from computers to semiconductors and covers both public and private companies.
Recently, AppLabs ranked 45th Fastest Growing Company in North America on Deloitte's 2007 Technology Fast 500 programme.
