Three killed in road accidents in Hoshiarpur

Hoshiarpur, Oct 26 (UNI) Three people were killed in separate road accidents in the district since last night.

According to police sources, two people were killed on the spot when a motorcycle they were riding collided head-on with a tractor-trailer near a tractor manufacturing company at Chack Gujran village, eight Km from here this afternoon.

The deceased were identified as Jaspal Singh and Sadhu Ram. Their bodies were sent to the Civil Hospital, Hoshiarpur for postmortem.

In another accident, one Pargat Singh died on the spot when a tractor-trailer hit his car near Lehli Khurd last night.

NDDB draws National Dairy Plan, targets 180 mt milk by 2021
