EC displeased with VC, Pro VC of Saurashtra varsity

New Delhi, Oct 26 (UNI) The Election Commission (EC) has conveyed its displeasure for the violation of Model Code of Conduct (MCC) by Vice Chancellor Kamlesh Joshipura and Pro Vice Chancellor Kaplak Trivedi of Saurashtra University.

According to EC sources, the Commission has also directed the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) to file a case against them under section 127 of the Representation of Peoples Act against printers and publisher of pamplets.

The EC has also issued notice against BJP MLA Pradeep Singh Jadeja for violation of code of conduct and directed him to reply by october 28.

Port Blair, Oct 26 (UNI) The Andaman and Nicobar Police have arrested ten foreign poachers from the Sound Island of North Andaman. Police got imformation that some Myanmarese poachers had been sighted in and around South Island .
