Cisco capital to accelerate growth of SMBs in Punjab, Haryana

Chandigarh, Oct 9 (UNI) Cisco Capital, a wholly owned subsidary of Cisco Systems, Inc, will help local small and medium sized business (SMBs) to access state-of-the=art information technology and communication infrastructure through their easy lease programme introduced today.

Easy lease makes it simple for SMBs to invest in information technology they need to grow their business. By making payments on monthly and quaterly basis, SMBs can maintain consistent and balanced operating and capital expenditure.

Cisco Capital financing in India is available through Cisco certified channel partners for all cisco products and services. The easy lease program is currently available at a special rate of seven per cent for a 12 to 36 months term. The program can provide financing for transactions ranging from Rs 10 lakhs to Rs 80 Lakhs.

Australia keen to include Punjab in agri marketing campaign

Chandigarh, Oct 9 (UNI) A four member Australian delegation led by its High Commissioner John McCarthy today expressed keenness to include Punjab in its sustainable integrated marketing campaign especially in the area of agriculture value addition. An assurance to this effect was given by Mr McCarthy during a meeting with Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal, which held here at Punjab Bhawan. Mr McCarthy said that Punjab was the leading agrarian state and deserved a rightful slot in this campaign.....

Lok Adalats to be held at district-level in Haryana

Chandigarh, Oct 9 (UNI) The Haryana State Legal Services Authority has decided to organise Lok Adalats at various districts of the State, Member Secretary of the Authority said. Efforts would be made to settle maximum number of cases in these adalats by liaisoning with the leading banks, he said adding that other cases than bank loans would also be settled in these adalats. He said that to settle the cases, the Authority has decided to hold lok adalats at Panchkula, Rohtak,.....

Rattan Singh appointed new HARCOFED Managing Director

Chandigarh, Oct 9 (UNI) Haryana Government has given the additional charge of Managing Director, HARCOFED to the Managing Director of HARCO Bank, Chandigarh Mr. Rattan Singh with immediate effect.
