Patna H C admits Lovely Anand's appeal against lifer

Patna, Oct 8 (UNI) Patna High Court today admitted the appeal of former MP Lovely Anand against her life sentence by a Patna district court in connection with Gopalganj District Magistrate G Krishnaiya's murder.

A division bench, comprising justice S K Singh and S M M Alam, also called for the record of the trial court for detailed hearing.

Lovely Anand had sought bail until her appeal was heard by the higher court.
