According to the police sources, dead body of Devinder Singh of Piplanwala was found at Bhagat Nagar this morning.

In a suicide note found in his pocket, Devinder stated that Balwinder Singh of village Kakon, who is running a shop at local Jalandhar road, took a loan from Deepak Kumar, Painter Kaku, Vikas Sharma and Karan for which he had given a guarantee.

Balwinder Singh did not return the loan due to which the money-lenders started to harass him and last night they came to his residence and threatened him with dire consequences in case of non-returning of the loan.
