IPCL gets High Court's nod to amalgamate with RIL

New Delhi, Sept 3 (UNI) Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd (IPCL) today said the Gujarat High Court has approved the scheme of amalgamation of the company with Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL).

The said order was made available on the website of Gujarat High Court yesterday, company said in a statement.

However, certified copy of this order is yet to be received by the company.

Earlier, the High Court of Judicature at Bombay has also approved the scheme vide order dated date June 12 this year as modified vide order dated July 11 this year, which was made available on August 14.

DTC drivers to be sensitised to be courteous to women
