Drowned youth's body recovered

Indore, Sep 3 (UNI) The body of one of the two youths, who drowned yesterday in the Patal Pani waterfall, about 25 km from here, was found this afternoon, police said.

The body of Chirag Vagle (30), who was an engineer at Pithampur Industries, was recovered. Harish Mehtani's (18) body was recovered yesterday itself.

The duo were swept away when they had gone to the Patal Pani picnic spot along with their friends at around 1030 hours.

Both reportedly entered the water for taking a bath despite warning by friends not to do so but were swept away by strong currents.

Four people, including two IIM-Indore students, had drowned in separate incidents in the Choral river near here last month. A lot of hue and cry was raised over security near the picnic spot following which security was beefed up in Choral and nearby areas.
