Bajaj to initiate court proceedings on TVS

New Delhi, Sept 3: In the ongoing tussle between Bajaj Motor and TVS Motor Company over alleged infringement of its DTS-i technology, Bajaj today said it has a strong case against TVS and will initiate court proceedings against TVS if it does not withdraw its products from the market.

''TVS's claim of the technology being 70 years old does not make sense since its only material to know who holds the patent for the product,'' Bajaj Motor's Vice President-Marketing S Sridhar told UNI

Markfed to export vegetables to Pak via Wagah

Chandigarh, Mar 15: Markfed, the country's largest cooperative agency, has been directed to prepare an action plan for the export of vegetables and fruits including potato, tomato, onion, garlic and ginger to Pakistan and other central Asian countries through the Wagah road check post.Presiding over a review meeting of the cooperative, Punjab Minister for Cooperation Kanwaljit Singh said this move would certainly boost the economy of the state and provide more employment opportunities. Mumbai: ONGC, MRPL offer March stems

Singapore, Feb 20: India's Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) and its Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) unit have offered to sell early and late-March cargoes of naphtha, according to tender documents seen on Tuesday.ONGC offered a 35,000-tonne cargo from Mumbai loading Feb 28-March 2 or March 2-4. MPRL offered a 30,000-tonne cargo from New Mangalore loading March 23-25.The ONGC tender closes on Feb. 21, while the MRPL tender closes on Feb. 27. Bids should remain.....
