New Delhi, Sep 3 (UNI) Temperatures soared on Sunday night when chiseled models descended on the ramp of 'Kingfisher Model Hunt 2007'.
Sneha and Nikhil walked away with'Kingfisher Model Hunt 2007'award leaving the audience and the judges mesmerised.
Organised in 'Capitol', the famous disc in hotel Ashoka in the capital last night, the event witnessed 52 scorching models from all over Delhi.
In the preliminary round all the contestants were lined up to flaunt their beauty and brain. Six of them made it to the semifinal, and two out of them declared winners from Delhi region.
The two glamour faces from Delhi contested with the winners of Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Noida.
The judges included renowned fashion designers Rohit Gandhi, Rahul Khanna, Manoviraj and Rashmi Virmani.
'Capitol' was full with the aspiring models and youth. Models came to fullfill their dreams while the happening crowd was busy in capturing the enthusiastic contestants on their cameras.
''We have selected only two models as winners but all of them were equally deserving'', said Rohit Gandhi, adding that the decision was very difficult.
''I can't believe this moment. It is just a dream for me,'' said Sneha, winner of the model hunt.
The programme was a hit for the winners as they got a platform in the fashion and entertainment industry. ''Kingfisher is a brand associated with fun, fashion and style. The winners will definetly become well-known faces,'' said Rashmi Virmani, owner of a famous modelling agency.
