New Delhi, Sep 2: IT firm 3i Infotech Ltd has said it has acquired 51 per cent equity stake in BPO services provider HCCA Business Services Pvt Ltd (HCCA).
HCCA has been acquired for its delivery capabilities in HR operations, including large scale payroll processing for clients in the BFSI sector, a company statement said.
HCCA clients include several leading domestic and multinational banks, insurance companies, investment banks, brokerage houses and many more.
Recently IT firm tied-up with the Goa Government to implement the state's integrated information infrastructure (I-3) project. Under the contract, 3i Infotech Ltd will build and operate the project under the State Government's guidance as a public-private partnership (PPP) project for five years.
