Despite repeated pleas by the Speaker to the agitated members to resume their seats, they kept shouting.

The NC members were demanding suspension of the question hour and taking up the Khandroo fire and subsequent blasts in 21 Field Ordinance Depot, in which 21 people had died and 30 others wounded besides thousands migrated from their houses in about a dozen villages.

However, the Speaker called the first question of the day but the NC members keep shouting and did not resume their seats.
