Former employee steals jewellery worth Rs 25 lakh

Pune, Aug 21 (UNI) A former employee of a jeweller allegedly looted jewellery worth Rs 25 lakh from his house here yesterday evening.

Fatechand Ranka, one of the leading jewellers in the city, today lodged a complaint at the Khadak Police Station against his former employee Arjun Desai.

On the basis of the complaint, the police have detained the Desai.

The Khadak Police said during the robbery, a few lady members of the family were present.
